We operate in a studio environment, with an open-book, collaborative approach to fostering enhanced design team and Client communication. Our intent is to promote a no surprise culture, minimising abortive work and maintaining relationships.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

GLE001 is typically a 6 8 page publication which is produced twice a year (December and June editions) and distributed through the Property Council of Australias magazine network.

The principal objective of GLE001 is to promote best practice and stimulate design excellence in the built environment. It will achieve this by;

Selecting only the highest level of collaborators from around the world.

Topical, factual and potentially controversial editorial style.

Aimed and marketed to industry leaders and decision makers.

The secondary objective of the magazine is to provide for its contributors a low cost, maximum value form of print advertising, it does this by;

By pooling our contributions and managing the editorial and print functions we lower traditional advertising costs by 75%.

Associating your company with a particular topic and demonstrating your credentials around this topic.

By associating your company with other leaders in our industry on an international scale.

Utilising the target demographic of the Property Australia magazine to maximize your impact on other decision makers.
