Target Audience

What is your industry?

Legal

Describe the target audience for your print design

My target audience includes two groups: (1) Prospective clients for my firm's legal services -- which means companies of any size that are facing problems with online brand protection, such as fighting counterfeiters and cybersquatters. (A cybersquatter is someone who registers a domain name containing my client's trademark.) (2) Referral sources -- that is, someone who may refer a client to me. This includes other lawyers (who may or may not be familiar with what I do), accountants and other professionals.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?

I want to educate my audience about what I do, so they realize they have legal issues that I can help them solve. I want them to know that I have a lot of expertise/knowledge/qualifications in my field. And I want them to know that I am very accessible and accommodating.

Style and Concept

What print design styles do you like?

I like a lot of the design I see at http://michaelhyatt.com/

What colors do you want to see in your print design?

Consistent with my website: http://www.gigalaw.com/

What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?

N/A

What adjectives should best describe your print design?

Professional, informative, easy-to-read/digest.

How will you use the print design?

I will send this as a PDF via e-mail and also print copies to hand out in-person at networking events and speaking engagements.

What content must be included in the print design?

See the very UGLY attached mock-up that I created. All of the content in it should be included in my print design (though I may make some minor edits to it during this process or later). I am also including a high-res photo of myself (same image as edited and used on my website at http://www.gigalaw.com/). Also attached is my logo (as used on my website, too).
