Mostly (more than 90 %) with a college or university degree, ca. 10 % from them with a ph.d. Values are non-hierarchial, open for controvers discussions, innovative. Interests to do the best hr work around, future interested. More interested in rich inside than in rich appearance outside. Having a lot to do in their work and not so much time for other things. Atmosphere at meetings: fresh, friendship, empowering
