List the size requirement(s) for your print design
Design guidelines are as follows:
All copy needs to be clearly legible and should not blend in and get lost with the background image or color. Copy should be clearly visible in the upper 5 portion of the graphic to insure it is not blocked by tables or other booth furnishings. A design template will be provided with exact dimensions. It is not necessary for the design to be at the large format level, although it is preferred.
Acceptable File Formats: Illustrator CS4 or below or Photoshop CS4 or below, as they are more suitable applications for large format printing. Files should include all support art (Fonts, linked images, etc.)
Fonts Specifications: Fonts must be converted to outlines. TruType fonts also needed to be provided.
Resolution: All raster files (either print files or linked files) must be 100-120 pixels per inch at 100%
Color: All files are to be with a CMYK build. Pantone colors need to be called out in the file as Coated or Uncoated swatches.
Bleeds: Allow a bleed on all four sides.
Files must be built as one file. Illustrator special effects such as glows, transparencies, or drop shadows should not be used. Photoshop is preferred when using these special effects. The graphic is cut into 4-6 panels. Note where the panel breaks are located to and do not place them through a detailed graphic image or letter.
Any images used in the design will need to be royalty free (or purchased) and a copy of the original image needs to be supplied with the final deliverables.
