LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
United Voices for America a non-partisan, non-profit civic engagement organization dedicated to increasing minorities' participation in the democratic process.
SEE ATTACHED BROCHURE: for more details on who we are
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
5 Banner/Poster Design set incorporating our brand guidelines and tag ling "MAKING EVER VOICE COUNT"
The banners will be mostly used at our events: fundraising banquets, training, seminars, etc
The larger banners will be used on stage at our banquets.
Creative must provide final delivered work in .PSD photoshop files with the layers separated to allow for future editing.
a) 2 stage banners 4 feet wide by 15 feet high. They will always be displayed in pairs on opposite sides of the stage. One banner can Say "Making Every Voice Count" while the opposite banner can highlight phrases from what we do (see attached brochure)
"Lead", "Engage", "Mobilize" , "Change"
b) Entrance Banner, to be displayed at the entrance of our events. We're thinking 3feet by 6feet. This will probably be one of the first banners guests will see when they arrive at our events.
c) Sign poster template: This should be a simple design for a poster either 24x36inches in portrait or landscape. It will include messages like "Registration" , "Help Desk" , "Candidates" more like the signage at a convention. The design needs to be simple, include our logo, and focus on the sing MESSAGE
d) same as banners "a" "making every voice count" but designed for a free standing pop-up sign, like: http://www.postupstand.com/products/post...
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Young, diverse, ethnic minorities, esp. South Asians, North African, Middle Eastern and Muslim Americans in addition to hispanic and African-American. They're American citizens and residents but have the above heritage
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Must have our logo clearly visible in the design, and an abstract of our logo faded into the background.
Creatively use/incorporate photos of our supporters/students in the design, esp. the large stage banners.
USE THE BELOW PHOTO ALBUMS to find place holder photos. We have the original high-resolution which we will provide to the winning creative.
