Prospecting for New Customers:

a physical address. We can easily create a targeted eBlast campaign for your business by using advanced
selections such as geography, household income, age, gender, homeowner status, marital status and presence
of children. In fact, there are hundreds of selections available, so we can ensure you are reaching the best
audience for your eBlast campaign. And if you are planning to use Tribunes electronic AdMail program, we
can remove those email addresses from your campaign, so theres no duplication. If its businesses you need
to reach, weve got that covered as well. Choose businesses by category, size, revenue and many other factors.

Your emails to prospective customers are handled by Tribune Direct, using 3rd party servers. The emails will
appear to come from you, but the IP Addresses being used have passed rigorous blacklist/whitelist testing
to provide the highest deliverability rates possible. In the offline world of direct mail, its not uncommon for
mailing lists to be exchanged. However, in the online world of email marketing, reputable companies do not
release their email lists. This is done to protect the integrity of the list, and it also assures the bulk of any
spam complaints will impact the list owner, not you. If another company offers to rent or sell an email list, but
requires you to handle the sending, beware. Always use a reputable company.

Using an Existing Customer List
We can also help with your eBlast efforts by enhancing an existing customer list. In many cases our clients fall

In the case you need email addresses added to your database, we can perform a Welcome Blast or Match &
Deploy Blast.

In the Welcome Blast, we would find as many of your customers as possible using our opt-in email database, and
then send a targeted message introducing those customers to your email communications. This message tells
recipients what type of information you intend to send them, gives them an option to decline receiving emails
from you, and allows confirmation of deliverability. The opt-out is clearly indicated, and if they dont respond
within one week, those emails are then added to your customer list and provided back to your business for
