LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a leading provider of training and professional development services and have been providing business training to professionals for 25 years.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
This is an interpersonal skills seminar and hence the audience is anyone who works with others in the workplace. We need a relatively generic design that appeals to all types of people. We want to have a contemporary, up-to-date design without being too trendy also dont want to be boring. Looking for a fresh, uplifting feel.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Size: Design for 550 Pixels wide length is not specifically not limited but Im looking for an email that is not too long definitely not much longer than 12
Sales goal: Our goal is to drive people to our Web site where theyll get more information about program, and then hopefully enroll.
Design Feel: Looking for a clean (uncluttered) high-impact design something that stands out in the in-box as something theyve never seen before. Dont go boring corporate --- we dont need another dull piece that looks like everything else.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Broad appeal. Want them to think we offer contemporary, effective solutions. Don't want to come across as stuffed-shirts who do "boring classroom training."
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
IMPORTANT DESIGN NOTES:
Do NOT use pics of people or illustrations of people in the design
Limit use of reverse text -- ok to use some in larger text (I dont want to see a lot of reverse text in this design)
On the attached word file, Ive typed the copy in a way that shows what I want emphasized on the email the larger and bolder the text, the more it needs to pop. Its all relative so use it as a guideline. You can move elements around -- but remember the seminar title has to be the most prominent thing on the email.
Readability is key
