Describe the target audience for your print design

Home Buyers & Sellers in the neighborhood of Ladera Ranch. Ladera Ranch is a traditional & family oriented community in Orange County California. Home prices in the area range from $500,000-$4,000,000 with most falling between $700,000-$1,200,000 so the audience is fairly affluent and they are highly aspirational and often seeking to progress and move up within the community. It is a master plan community with much of the community amenities focused on kids. Beyond activities with the kids residents are very active and involved with their church and enjoy much of the beautiful weather here in CA at either the beach, community pools, sports fields, golf course, etc.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?

1 - That life is progressing and their housing needs are too. The audience hand-picked their home to reflect what was most important to them. Our purpose; to reflect those fine qualities along with the beauty theyve since added, parallel to securing a home that is a reflection of where they are today.

2 - We demonstrate a very high level of professionalism in how we interact with clients and other real estate brokers. Likewise we have a high level of integrity and honesty with our clients.

3 - We are consumer focused and NOT trying to boast about ourselves and our accomplishments (previous sales / awards / etc) but rather focus on the clients needs and the changes in their lives that precipitated a need to buy and/or sell a home.

Style and Concept

What print design styles do you like?

I think you can get a good idea of our branding from our homepage at www.MaxBlackRealty.com. I have also included a couple of the more recent mailings I have done.

***there are 2 other postcard size executions that I will need beyond this project...as well as grocery cart ad, church bulletin ad, notepad design, letterhead, newspaper ad and business cards***

What colors do you want to see in your print design?

Black & White with a Splash of color but predominately Black & White

What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?

I'm open to colors that would be utilized as the splash color

What adjectives should best describe your print design?

informative, sophisticated, elegant, high quality, modern, simple, classic, educational, provocative

How will you use the print design?

I will be mailing this to a segment of the community on a repetitive basis

What content must be included in the print design?

Overall - I included a lot of images we have used in the past and as much as possible I'd like to incorporate images to help set the mood and tone of the design. I have attached a number of images but am open to purchasing additional ones if you find something that you think should be included.

Front Page - Logo. I am thinking to have just 1 color splash photo on the cover as well. I have a series of taglines for our concept "REFLECTIONS" that I would like to be interchangeable...something like "Reflect your traditions" or "Reflect your lifestyle" etc.

Inside Panel 1 & 2 - On these I would like to include graphical display of real estate market trends...this would be updated each quarter. A text placeholder for caption and/or title of the graph. Also some room to include bullet points of the data the graph displays to better explain what they are looking at.

Inside Panel 3 - Here I would like to include more market data information but it would just be text and numbers with headings - likely no graphs.

Outside Panel 4 - You would actually see this panel when you open the trifold. I thought this would be a good area to include 3 different Just Listed or Just Sold properties we represented. I would like to have a photo of each with a space to include whether it is Listed or Sold along with address / price.

I think it would also be nice to include a bit about our "Reflections" concept and the message we have written to prospective clients "Life is progressing and your housing needs are too. Our purpose; to reflect those fine qualities along with the beauty youve since added, parallel to securing a home that is a reflection of where you are today."

We must also have Post Office indecia (attached) the rules are as follows for the indecia (How to properly use the EDDM Retail Indicia:* Place the EDDM Retail Indicia in the upper right hand corner of the mail piece.* Leave 1/8" space from top and right edge.* Should fit in the area 1.625" from the right edge and 1.375" from top edge.* No specific size requirement, but must be larger than .5" x .5".* Font must be in all caps and minimum 4 point size.) and address bar to read "Local Postal Customer".

In small print to state "All information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. BRE 01863094. If your home is listed with another broker, this is not intended as a solicitation"
