What do you do?

We are an online store that sells supplies that patients need to prepare or for after their plastic surgery procedure. Our store is high end and feels more like a clothing store online than a medical supply store. We want the process of shopping for medical supplies to be more like a high end retail experience. We sell directly to patients and also have member doctors that refer their patients to the website to purchase items.

Describe the target audience for your print design

The brochure we need made is one that will be given to patients at plastic surgeons office. The brochure needs to allow for customization of products that surgeons tell patients to purchase, describe the store, and provide info that is outlined here in a different section. This design should be luxury and one that is modern, clean (using mostly black/white and graphic/pic) and be appropriate for women plastic surgery patients.

We will use the print design to give to our member surgeons for use in their marketing materials.

Note that I have attached content layout but we want different design. Note that our panels are not located in correct place as above.

Special Notes Re: Section D - This is an ordering timeline. As you will see on the sample there are circles on each item listed. This is because our different surgeons like to mark different items as mandatory or optional. They leave the circle blank if not suggested. With the brochures, we provide special circles stickers that fit over the circles to indicate mandatory or optional (and a key at the bottom of the section). This needs to be part of the design and the sample show it well.
