How to Create a CRM Assessment
Front Change invites you to a FREE BRIEFING SESSION on How To Create a CRM Assessment.
This Assessment was created to help companies understand how well they are performing with their customer facing business processes. This assessment provides a tool for measuring CRM effectiveness by using a series of questions geared to understand how companies leverage, or do not leverage a CRM tool.
If you currently run a CRM solution or are thinking of implementing one then this is an event not to be missed. With special guest speaker , Jeff, Senior CRM Product Manager, Front Change UK , you will be introduced to the evaluation tool used to compare your companys CRM effectiveness against industry standards and identify areas of success and areas that may need improvement.
The assessment will focus on:
Centralised Client Information
Sales Force Automation
Customer Service & Support
Reporting and Management
CRM is a mixture of people, processes and technology, and if these three areas are not in alignment the CRM tool may not be as effective as it could be. Attend this free breakfast briefing to better understand how to improve your operations and increase revenue.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
We are looking for something fresh, professional, possibly quirky but not stupid. The design shouldn't reflect any previous advertising material so none has been supplied. We have used cartoons in the past highlighting poor business communication. We have also used images. Images should not be too cheesy but more natural. High-tech imagery can be used as long as it reflects a mixture of people, information processes and technology.
