What do you do?
We're a non-profit Christian summer camp who exist to inspire Christ-like change through outdoor adventure, authentic relationships and Biblical truth. We use experiences and relational ministry to really bring scripture to life in ways that are unique, eye-opening and life-changing.
How many pages of print design do you need?
5 Bookmarks (front and back)
List the size requirement(s) for your print design
9 x 2 for each bookmark
Target Audience
What is your industry?
non-profit Christian adventure camp
Describe the target audience for your print design
We are a camp for Jr. High and High School students. We want to be edgy and relevant to the culture, but definitely in a way that reflects Christ and catches the eye.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?
-Front should be a catchy design and all 5 bookmarks when placed next to each other will make ONE fluid picture (like puzzle pieces)
-Backs will have 6 questions with blank space for students to write down answers (further explain/shown below).
--We do not want super "Christian-y" type of designs. Basically we'd rather not have your cliche Christian art/symbols
Style and Concept
What print design styles do you like?
original designs and creativity!
What colors do you want to see in your print design?
We are open to most colors right now-- a variety is usually welcomed!
What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?
No fluorescents/neons
What adjectives should best describe your print design?
Creative, edgy, blunt, powerful imagery
How will you use the print design?
We will be handing out bookmarks to campers each day. Each day reflects that day's theme within the bigger theme.
What content must be included in the print design?
Our theme for the summer is 'Consider It'. The front of each bookmark should look as though it's all a part of ONE picture, but cut into 5 different pieces. There will be 5 different bookmarks, one for each day of the week--each having the brand 'Consider It' (the same on each bookmark- attached). You could also use the brand across the whole 5 bookmarks, so each book mark only has a piece of the brand on it. Whichever flows best with your design.
WORDS FOR THE FRONT:
Consider What you Believe
Consider Adoption
Consider Letting Go
Consider What Really Matters
Consider Others
BACK OF BOOKMARKS:
Backs can have different colors for each day. Similar design (with a place for students to write). Each bookmark should have the following text on the back:
Guided Solo Time for Campers:
1. Pray- ask God to meet you, for the Holy Spirit to show you things within Gods word.
2. Read the selected passage carefully
3. What verses stick out to you? Why?
4. What questions do you have about this passage?
5. What things didnt make sense in this passage?
6. How do you think this passage applies to todays theme?
Meet back together with your group.
We've also attached a company logo to be used discretely on each bookmark if possible.
