How many pages of print design do you need?
List the size requirement(s) for your print design
We would like this graphic to be as small as possible, while remaining clear and legible. The text must be black and use Arial font, but it can be small as long as it's readily legible. Color can be used in the figure, or background, but the text must be black.
For the overall size of the design, we ask that it take up no more than 1/6th of a standard document (8.5x11" paper) with .5-inch margins.
What is your industry?
Health Care and Biotech
Describe the target audience for your print design
Physician-scientists and university professors.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?
1) we would like to illustrate the causal pathway that leads to the behavior of a caseworker or caregiver using the CARE skills they receive in the training program being proposed
2) An adaptation of the Theory of Planned Behavior, a conceptual model that has been evoked widely in the implementation literature for similar empiric questions, our model assumes first that the use of skills is governed by the individual's intent to use skills. Intent to use skills is more proximally influenced by individual attitudes, norms, and self-efficacy. Intent to use behaviors then influences actual use of CARE skills, which subsequently influences outcomes. However, these downstream relationships can be eroded by perceived barriers.
3) help depict the relationship between a caregiver's intent to use the CARE skills and her actual use of CARE skills, and whether this relationship is modified by other external determinants, such as environmental barriers and the caseworker's use of skills (reinforcement).
