WHAT IS YOUR INDUSTRY?
DESCRIBE YOUR AUDIENCE
Local clients who frequent the restaurant and market
WHAT ARE THE TOP 3 THINGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO COMMUNICATE TO YOUR AUDIENCE?
1. The ingredients used in the restaurant and market are seasonal, local, fresh and mostly organic. Celebrate the farmers/growers/winemakers who produce these amazing ingredients! Eat it in the restaurant and buy it for home cooking
2. Chow will feature a weekly seasonal/local dish and wine pairing in the restaurant.
3. We need to remind the customer that the ingredients and wine in the seasonal dish are also available in the market so you can replicate the dish at home or as grab-and-go pre-cooked from the market refrigerator.
Style and Concept

ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL INFO? (OPTIONAL)
We will feature a new seasonal/local dish every week.
For the Market I need to produce an 8.5x11 document for individual ingredients in the seasonal/local dish that will include information on the grower/farmer/fisherman on one side and the recipe on the other. I want to replicate the document format each week for the new dish. We will place these in the market next to the ingredient.
For the restaurant we will distribute to the customer with their check a 4x6 document with the recipe on one side and on the other side 1. info stating that the ingredients in the dish are local, seasonal and fresh 2. a list of the farmer/grower/fisherman/rancher and 3. a reminder to the customer that the ingredients of the seasonal dish are available in the market so you can replicate the dish at home or as grab-and-go pre-cooked in the refrigerator. This 4x6 will be presented to the customer with their check.
I have attached this weeks recipe, info on the fish (Monterey Fish Market), potato (Full Belly Farm) and Mushroom (Gourmet Mushrooms Inc.) growers. I also attached the three wines that will be featured for the weekly dish.
