What do you do?
We are a family-owned restaurant with two locations in the Houston area. Catering and delivery accounts for approximately 50% of our business. We want to pursue more off-site catering events such as weddings, showers, galas, corporate parties, or parties thrown at an individual's home.

Style and Concept
What print design styles do you like?
We have traditionally used a photo collage-style design in our materials but are not married to this, as the full-service catering aspect of our business in a line we are working on developing. I like very vibrant design, with a clean look. I do not want something stuffy, old-fashioned, or too formal. We want this to be fresh, friendly, and clean. Most people will print the menu from our website, so we want to use a lot of white space so as to not use up too much ink. I have attached some recent examples of our collateral for reference. The design of this project should be cohesive but can be cleaner and more contemporary. I have seen some brochures/menus where each title is a different color bar on each page, i.e. Appetizers are contained with a certain color bar, and the next page has a different color bar to denote Entrees. I have uploaded images as well that might be used.
What colors do you want to see in your print design?
I have uploaded our color palette. We are partial to the light green and either orange/or brown for primary colors and the others as accents. There are also some textures that may be used as accents. We are open to new interpretation of the design and/or textures.
