Business Info

Business Name

RUCEC

What do you do?

Business Trainng

How many pages of print design do you need?

2 -- a front cover and a back cover

List the size requirement(s) for your print design

8 1/2 x 11" ...
Note -- on the back cover you need to leave the TOP 1/3rd of the page completely blank (that is where we will drop in return address, mailing indiia and mailing address ... my team will take care of setting that up)

Target Audience

What is your industry?

Education and Universities

Describe the target audience for your print design

Managers and supervisors -- mostly lower to mid-level, at all types of organizations throughout the US and Canada

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?

This needs to be a serious-looking piece -- because it is on a serious subject.
It needs to be polished and professinal -- enough
It will be printed on a non-gloss paper that has a tendency to bleed. Large, heavy dark backgrounds won't be appropriate ... they'll bleed through the paper

There is a LOT of copy on this design. You need to make it look orderly -- and clean (plus easy to read). Use the attached word file to figure out what should be big and small on the design: If I've typed the copy big on the attached -- it should be big on the design. If I have kept the font small -- then it should be small.

Make sure you leave some white space with wide margins -- it will help readability

Also -- make sure the TITLE "The Manager's Role in Developing People" -- is the primary visual on the page -- it needs to be very dominant.

Style and Concept

What print design styles do you like?

Simple, clean ... yet polished.

What colors do you want to see in your print design?

The primary color should be the dark blue we use on our website (www.NationalSeminarsTraining.com) You can use other colors as well.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?

open to most colors ... heavy use of pastels would be inappropriate

What adjectives should best describe your print design?

Professinal
Serious
Sharp

How will you use the print design?

You're creating the covers -- my team will create the inside. We are using this to promote a seminar

What content must be included in the print design?

ALL the copy on the attached word document
