What do you do?
Owner and CEO, Heather Manley, created Crooked Water Spirits in 2013 based off an infatuation for spirits and love for growing idiosyncratic brands that radiate life, values, quality and passion.
Her family holidays and gatherings are spent together with laughter and love, and a decent line up of libations. Spirits are a part of her familyfrom one grandmother owning a bar to her other grandfather owning a distribution company in South Dakota. The entrepreneurial spirit runs deep in her bloodline and without hesitation, she took this passion for spirits and desired to do it better and launched CWSs first bourbon, Kings Point. The first Midwest barrel finished bourbon, aged in Port Casks. As Minnesotas first bourbon to launch, and first women owned brand, it was received with excitement and support, selling out in 48 hours.
Since then, Heather had created 5 other non-traditional products that align with CWS mission of creating spirits that are distinctively unique to heighten your drinking experience while raising your expectations.

Crossing the threshold into sophistication (if theyre not already there)
Embracing mixology as a lifestyle (each individual combining inspiring, unusual
parts into a whole that is meaningful to himself / herself)
Not concerned with following a straight line. Moving through life instinctually, like water, because they know that an organic, crooked path will lead to the life they were meant to live, filled with people & experiences that make them uniquely happy.
This is a life of vibrant cultivation. We call it Found Sophistication.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?
Our Vision: Our process is simple; its ours. We dont follow a path, but let our
knowledge and intuition guide us to a wide-open world of possibilities. A
spirited lifestyle that supports enjoying not just the destination, but the
journey there. Revel in our spirits that are distinctively unique to
heighten your experience while raising your expectations. We do things
differently and around here, different is good.

Labels on Vodka and Bourbon for commerce.
What content must be included in the print design?
See Template - content on there will have to be on all labels. Ignore specific verbiage, as we will just drop new text into Kings Point and L'eau Grand.
Bourbon 1: King's Point. Named after a point on a big lake in Minnesota.2 yr bourbon finished in Port Casks.
Bourbon 2: Old Hell Roaring. Named after a trail head in Montana. 2 yr Bourbon double barreled in custom barrels with unique toasting/smoking.
Vodka: L'eau Grand . Means Big Water in French, which is the definition of the Lake Minnetonka, very popular lake in Minnesota. This is a beautiful 100% winter wheat vodka that we age in charred French Oak. Drinks like a beautiful uber smooth young whiskey, and yes, it's brown like whiskey.
