Style and Concept
What print design styles do you like?
I like book jackets that have some graphic interest on them and don't look too plain ... yet aren't too complicated either. On this book -- I think you could do something creative with the font choice and layout of the title that would make it look interesting.
Note -- the graphic you're producing is a book cover for an ebook -- but I want the image to look like it's attached to a real book. Because it's an ebook, though, there's no need for a back cover.
What colors do you want to see in your print design?
Use dark blue as the dominant color -- but you can use others as well.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?
No heavy saturated reverse backgrounds. We're asking people to print this out on their printers -- we don't want to drain their ink and have them get bad at us.
