Over the past decade, Leadership Strategies - The Facilitation Company has emerged as the #1 provider of professional facilitators and facilitation training in the U.S. We have trained over 18,000 in our widely-acclaimed course, The Effective Facilitator. We supplement our flagship course with eight other training offerings designed to provide facilitation-related skills to specific audiences such as leaders, trainers and consultants. In addition to training people in facilitation skills, we also are the leading provider of professional facilitators in the country. Our facilitators lead executives and other groups through strategic planning, team building, process improvement, issue resolution, and numerous other group sessions. Through FindaFacilitator.com, we have a network of over 500 facilitators in the US and around the world.
At this point, no one owns the training space for virtual meetings. We offer two courses for people to learn the principles and skills for highly effective virtual meetings. We intend for this book to establish us as the leader in the field. We want the book to be the breakthrough guide for how to engage people in virtual meetings.
The biggest problem with virtual meetings is keeping people fully engaged. More times than not, people in virtual sessions are multi-tasking, barely listening and not engaged in the meeting.

The book will be 7x10. We are seeking only the cover at this time. In addition to the award fee, the winner may be asked to design the spine and back cover and layout all items in a publishing template for an additional $300 fee.

What print design styles do you like?
We prefer that the words of the title be the most prominent item on the page. Other words should be significantly smaller
We prefer a full background no white space
With the exception of the word CLICK would prefer all other words be in upper/lower case

Colors are up to the designer. Overall feel of the book should be in some ways aligned with The Executive Guide to Facilitating Strategy
