Eric K. Barnum
Bomoki's Gate, the hellhound of a necromantic god, has carefully waited centuries to open a gate large enough for his master to enter our world. Though he barely remembers his life as a citizen and mage of Tania, he knows Tania will fight to stop this from happening, to end him. With plans well set, he needs just one more thing to affix the gate and allow Orcus to enter our world. Soon, the valley high in the mountains of Bloodstone will shake and tremble with the marching tread of gods, demons, and the undead who would claim all creation as their own.
Malcor Kell'tayris joins the Eighteenth Legion in Bloodstone as the last plans fall into place. With shadow dragons behind him, and the eternal warriors of undeath waiting ahead, Malcor must choose his fate - to be part of the coming cascade of war, or to go his own way. The destiny of a king calls, but his heart sings for battle.

Style and Content
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Dark colors associated with undeath. The god of necromancy is attended by a sickly green light that rims its magic and lights the eyes of its servants.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your design?
Pink, bright blue, happy colors
Describe the style(s) you like (traditional, modern, etc.)
What content must be included in your design?
Ram skulls are sacred to the god of undeath. Ideally, I'd love to see Bomoki as a half living, half undead (where skin, muscle, even bone are tearing into the living part) decorated in armor composed of ram skulls. Running down his arms and up his spine the actual spine of the ram's head would be pincered into Bomoki with a multi-horned ram skull sitting like a helmet atop Bomoki's head. Each ram skull would have its own baleful green light gleaming from its eyes at the viewer and Bomoki's hand would be beckoning the reader to join him.
A hellhound rises up in the background.
These are not musts but this is what I imagine the cover looking like.
