What is the title or subject of your presentation?

Corporate PowerPoint Presentation Master Slide Deck

What do you do?

RMG works with our clients in successfully implementing process and business solutions to improve reliability and reduce costs. For over 25 years, RMG has been providing consulting and training services to assist our clients in capturing their business objectives and results.

Do you need a design for slide template(s) only or a full presentation?

We're looking for a master slide deck to be used as our presentation template. So a master slide deck should include at a minimum, the Title Slide, Title and Content, Section Header, Two Content, Content with Caption, and Title Only.

How many slides do you need designed?

6 Total Slides would be the minimum. The Title Slide, Title and Content, Section Header, Two Content, Content with Caption, and Title Only.

What is your industry?

Consulting and Professional Services

Describe the target audience for your presentation.

This presentation will be used with current and prospective clients in the refining, power generation, manufacturing, and mining industries. Addition industries served include food processing, electric and gas transmission and distribution and supply chain (across many industries). The design of the presentation should be appropriate for executives as well as supervisors or foremen.

What 3 things do you want to communicate to your audience through your presentation?

Professionalism - To be taken seriously
Simple - That we're not gimicky

How do you intend to use this presentation (print, live, web, etc.)?

This presentation template may be used live, over a shared web application (like Go-to-meeting) or printed out and provided as a handout for a small group. It should be versatile enough to use as a sales presentation(presenting to high level, c-suite executives) as well as a project update presentation (plant managers, first line/unit supervisors).

What specific information must be included in the design?

Consistency between slides. Does not have to be the exact same design for each type of slide, but consitent feel throughout is important.

What character, tenor or spirit does your presentation need to communicate?

Sharp, intelligent, and sophisticated.

What colors do you want to see in your presentation?

We've wrestled with color combinations to no avail, please be creative and pick a color palate that our attached logo can be used with. We understand that the four bold primary colors in the logo may be difficult to incorporate into this presentation. Please don't feel like you need to incoporate or not specifically not incorporate those colors.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your presentation?

None. We're open to new direction and ideas.

What presentation designs do you like?

Please consider our client base, energy, manufacturing and major process sectors. We're not married to any previously seen designs right now.

Do you want to include additional info?

The attached logo can be used on any slides you see fit. This could include the title slide and/or all or any of the subsequent slides. Less is more in regards to animation and transitions.
The final product needs to be a PPTX file, initial mock-ups can be submitted in picture formats like JPG or PNG preferrably.
We're looking to be impressed with something fresh and clean.

Brief updates

I need to provide a bit more direction. Some basic MS PowerPoint designs that are liked are "Aspect" and "Urban". I need to emphasize a clean, crisp, and most importantly professional design is desired.

I'm interested in getting more submissions to choose from and want to give those that have received feedback an opportunity to make changes.

We need to encourage you all to remember that in a business presentation, we'll be including charts, graphs and text, possibly all on one slide. The templates cannnot be too busy that they can be viewed as disrating from the content presented.

I have to reiterate that white space or blank space is ok.
