LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Hello Designers! We're creating a slideshow presentation for our new chat and social networking software. The software helps organizations and companies speed up their communication and become more efficient.
Our company will be providing the software to domain-name resellers, who can provide the software to their customers. (A domain name reseller is someone who sells websites to the public. Domain name resellers also sell email solutions, website design, shopping carts, and other services to their customers. Our software would give domain name resellers another great service to offer.)
Typical customers for domain name resellers are small- to medium-sized businesses with anywhere from 5 to a few hundred employees. These businesses get their domain names, email and related services from domain resellers. Our presentation uses the example of a 100-person popcorn company.
The script for the presentation is attached below as a text document.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We're looking for a fun presentation that easily conveys why domain-name resellers should offer our software to their customers.
The script for the presentation is attached below as a text document. These are the first slides of a much longer presentation. We are looking to someone to hire to do the entire slideshow for us.
The presentation should be done in Powerpoint. While we refer to "slides," viewers won't click through the presentation (it just runs).
While we think some parts of the slideshow should be animated and other parts should be static, we are very open to creative ways of making the points.
We've included some art-direction IDEAS in parentheses, but you're welcome to change them if you think the point should be made a different way.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We are marketing our chat and social networking software to hundreds of domain name resellers. We hope to convince domain name resellers to offer our software to their customers.
We believe domain name resellers are perfectly positioned to offer our software because they have access to hundreds or even thousands of companies that could use our software.
Right now, very few people at these companies actually know the name of the domain name reseller who is providing their company website.
Our software gives Domain Name Resellers a way to advertise their brand to everyone at all of the companies that they provide domains to. It also gives domain name resellers customers a tremendous product that makes their businesses more productive.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
We love the Story of Stuff, although our format is a slideshow.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
* Powerpoint Presentation
* Mix of Animation and Static Slides
* The viewer does not click through the slides - The presentation simply runs.
* The art direction is written in parentheses and it is OPTIONAL. If you have a better idea of how to do anything, please feel free!
