What is the title or subject of your presentation?
Demonstration for Parents (x2) & accompanying banners (x4)
What do you do?
Provide a SMS/Text messaging service for Parents to enable them to receive SMS whenever their child has not arrived to school and for SMS reminders for important school events.
Do you need a design for slide template(s) only or a full presentation?
Illustrations for 2 x Short running presentations and 4 accompanying banners.
How many slides do you need designed?
Currently there are 16 in the demo presentation, but we would expect the new presentations to have upto 30 - depending on creatives.
There are another 4 banners that require updating on the web site to blend with the new demos.
What is your industry?
SMS / Text messaging communication for Schools.
Describe the target audience for your presentation.
Parents of school children 5-17 years of age. ie, Parents are both Women and Men of age 25 - 50 that care for their kids safety, educational achievement.
Parents that are both working, busy, time poor but care allot about their children.
What 3 things do you want to communicate to your audience through your presentation?
We already have 2 presentations built - see:
http://www.schoolnewschannel.com.au/inde... - View Demo button on the right of the page
but they look too dark and not interesting enough for our target market and slow to view. They need to be more fun, more appealing to all Parents 25-55 years of age and the demos need to look very MODERN, FASHIONABLE and COOL. They need to run faster - be more upbeat and fun.
We need to explain how the 2 services work - which the current demos do quite well. We will need to include more copy in the presentation so that the explanation is clearer.
How do you intend to use this presentation (print, live, web, etc.)?
Web and to email as well.
Style and Details
What specific information must be included in the design?
The existing demos explain how the 2 services work - we really only require an improvement on the graphics. We want the demo to look very MODERN, FASHIONABLE and COOL and EMOTIVE.
We want the demo to make the Parents Feel:
YES - I want this, I want to signup to get SMS messages from my school.
NO PHOTOS - ONLY ILLUSTRATIONS.
Mobile phones must look like Smartphones - IPhone in particular.
What character, tenor or spirit does your presentation need to communicate?
After viewing the demos, we want the audience (Parent) to get a strong feeling of:
Of course I want this. Of course I want to know if my child did not arrive at school! My kids safety may be at risk if they didn't arrive to school.I want this service! AND THE SECOND MESSAGE:
I get stressed out trying to remember all the school events I need to attend. I dont want to let my kids down. I want an SMS alert to remind me to attend every important school event.
What colors do you want to see in your presentation?
The same blue, white, grey and black as in the current web site: www.schoolnewschannel.com
What colors do you NOT want to see in your presentation?
No restrictions - whatever works
What presentation designs do you like?
Do you want to include additional info?
