Info
What is the title or subject of your presentation?
'What to Expect During a Property Loss' OR 'How a Property Loss Works'
What do you do?
property (multi-family or high-rise building) damage clean up and repairs (construction)
Do you need a design for slide template(s) only or a full presentation?
We actually need a video rather than a normal presentation as outlined here. After asking Crowdspring Support which type of project to put this under, we were told to do a presentation since it involves graphics.
For the initial submissions, I just want to see a few slide designs (story boards) or better yet, a really short video clip (a few seconds). After we choose a winning Creative for this project, I will need a total of 3 short videos (using the winning design/template). Each video will be between 3-5 minutes in length (due to the voice-over reading of the script).
How many slides do you need designed?
I only need one design for the video, then we'll use that template design for all 3 video clips. See the additional info we included with the link to the proof of concept video we created in-house.
Target Audience
What is your industry?
Real Estate and Construction
Describe the target audience for your presentation.
Generally middle aged, bachelors/college degree, property owners, managers, and engineers for multi-family buildings (high-rise condominiums, apartments, and townhomes). Other people who will view the videos are condominium owners/residents and apartment dwellers.
What 3 things do you want to communicate to your audience through your presentation?
1. EPIC is the most knowledgeable about how to restore properties after damage.
2. EPIC is here to help our customers have the best experience possible after property damage occurs.
3. Working with EPIC is easy, clear, and less stressful.
How do you intend to use this presentation (print, live, web, etc.)?
We will post videos online and use them in presentations to clients (project them from our computers to a screen).
Style and Details
What specific information must be included in the design?
We are providing a sample video (shared in additional info section) that we produced internally. We need similar content/text from that video included and the voice-over (Word document of the script is shared here too). We prefer that the voice-automated/voice-over, which is read from the script, sound like the voice used on GPS software. Does that make sense? We like the digital characters in our video so something similar would be great.
What character, tenor or spirit does your presentation need to communicate?
Business-like and professional, but not too serious, so that there's still a sense of humor and it's visually pleasing and fun to watch while being informative.
What colors do you want to see in your presentation?
I've included our logo which is navy blue, Pantone 295. We also use silver/gray as an accent color. We find that yellow is another good accent color, but only use if you feel necessary. It's not in any way in our logo or brand.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your presentation?
Red, green, or orange. These are our competitors colors.
What presentation designs do you like?
See shared video as a proof of concept. We just want something a bit more high-quality. It took too many hours to do this one video in-house, so after we choose the winning Creative, we need it re-done along with the other 2 videos.
Do you want to include additional info?
This is the link to the proof of concept video we created internally: http://www.powtoon.com/presentoons/cF1rl...
We like the characters and graphics, just want something more professional and that will free up time on our internal resources (personnel). We will basically need this video (#1) re-created by our winning Creative then make an additional 2 videos based on that template.
