Describe the target audience for your package graphics

Our products are targeted to lower-class and lower-to-middle-class consumers. Though affordability plays an important role in defining their purchasing decisions, theyre brand-aware shoppers who place importance on quality and effectiveness.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your package graphics design?

1. Effective, trustworthy, high quality. 2. New, eye-catching brand on the shelf - we need to be able to attract attention at the shelf through color and design. 3. Our products offer superior quality compared to the competition.

Style and Concept

What package graphics design styles do you like?

We like clean designs that highlight the brand and the product benefit. Graphics are important, since many of our consumers expect to see a visual representation of the product's effect on the body (these should be digital renders, silhouettes or vectors--see examples on uploaded files--as our country's regulations prohibit the use of photographs or realistic images on medical packaging). The package graphics need to be as self-explanatory as possible in order to quickly communicate the effect the medication will have on the person taking it. Additionally, we would like the designer to include a visual representation of the form of administration (injectable, oral (tablet, capsule, syrup, suspension, drops) topical).

What colors do you want to see in your package graphics design?

Any color or combination of colors may be used. We expect that color will play a major role in differentiating between product categories:

Nervous System

What colors do you NOT want to see in your package graphics design?

Pastels or faded colors.

What adjectives should best describe your package graphics design?

eye-catching, high-quality, effective.

What content must be included in the package graphics design?

With over 200 different products in the market, changing every single one of our packages or labels is a monumental task. Therefore, were only asking that designers adapt their design to our most important package types (vertical and horizontal--both sizes are specified in this brief).

The designer must submit one design for each line of products (9 total, listed below), in both vertical orientation and horizontal orientation (refer to the size requirements).
