What does your company do?

CleanBeeBaby is a mobile car seat and stroller cleaning business with locations in the greater Los Angeles area (including Orange County), San Diego and New York City. Our current business model is a mobile/pop up model where our team travels to a different retail destination focused on moms and babies each day offering "clean while you shop" services ranging from 30-90 minutes. Additionally, we offer car seat installations by our certified team, both as a standalone option and after a seat is cleaned. CleanBeeBaby retail partners include: Nordstrom, Whole Foods, Gelsons, Buy Buy Baby, Babies R Us, The Pump Station and other high end maternity and baby boutiques in our three locations. Our company is seeing explosive growth as we have just raised a large sum of money from angel investors and positioned for an additional round in late 2014.

As part of our expansion, we are looking to offer additional services in the future including rentals, baby proofing, custom embroidery and more. We are also expanding into other markets and are positioned to franchise across the United States and potentially Canada. Essentially, our new name needs to encompass all of our offerings.

We have two targets - one consumer and one B2B.

Our consumer is a busy mom with at least one child who is seeking convenience and doesn't have time or want to clean their own car seats and strollers. They like to be able to shop while they wait or drop off larger jobs to us and have them returned within a day. They care about the products we use - always green and baby safe and care about the world around them.

Our B2B consumer are both retail partners and potential franchisees. Our brand needs to evoke trust, credibility and the ability to make money. Our retail partners would need to see the brand identity as one that would align with theirs - i.e. higher end locations such as Nordstrom and Whole Foods - but also approachable enough for the Babies R Us audience.

There are no national competitors - there are locally owned/smaller versions that are down out of houses/apartments - and are typically a 3-10 day turnaround. Therefore, at this time we own the marketing nationally.

Style and Concept

What character, tenor, or spirit do you wish to convey?

Our current branding is very "kid focused" and in reality we are a brand that caters to moms/dads/caretakers that has to do with their child. We would like a more modern take on our name and visual identity. We are friendly, trustworthy, efficient and care about each and every cleaning and installation we do. We want to be known as "The Geek Squad" of the baby industry.

As far as visuals (which we are handling internally) think aden +anais or Urbansitter. Stylish enough for mom and good for baby.
