On a social end, I see business as a vehicle for social change. Hiring us to paint is like giving to the community. Customer needs to know this. My personal brand is I live to give. For painting, I think of my team as a family. I feel responsible to provide for them. I want them to believe in me and know that I care about them and their families I will build a brand and a business that generates great profit so my workers have a great lifestyle.
