This site will provide a means for contractors ('advertisers') to easily specify and advertise their services, coupled with a means for employers (buyers) to easily seek out and contact these people.
The site will cater for contractor-side advertisements only; job postings will not be accommodated (turning the traditional job advertisement model on its head).
In general, the functionality of the site is somewhat like a mashup of sites like linkedin.com and wotif.com. The site will incorporate the following primary features of contractor profile display and search, company profile display, and an availability calendar.

The advertiser target market for the site is white collar professionals, in all types of industries. The site will be catering for premium contractors only; it will not be seeking to compete with elance.com, guru.com, odesk.com, or similar sites. The advertiser target market will also encompass companies and labour hire agencies that have contractors in their workforce.
The buyer target market will encompass employers, recruitment agents, and member-to-member hiring.

We need a name that is catchy and that has word-of-mouth written all over it. It needs to be short enough for a domain name, and may or may not be descriptive in nature (just as long as its not misleading).
