The goal of the program is to provide college students with additional resources and support in mapping out employment and career path potentials, as well as identifying and working to improve necessary skills to prepare for a successful transition from the classroom to the workforce.
Our experience finds that current college programs do an exceptional job of providing secondary education, but their efforts often fall short in career preparation and development. Our program helps to fill in the skill gaps that are essential to success after graduation. Additional resources provided through the Backpacks to Briefcase program include:
