How do we define our Pizzeria :Living room of the neighbourhood, in warm glow of wood burning flame serving soulful wood-fired Neapolitan Pizza and Local Craft (beer | wine) & Italian wine. A place to connect, share, love, enjoy and be; like in an embrace of a bohemian Aunt. Enjoy the service of a classic bow tie dining in minimalist zen casual ambience with curated music. Inspired by Italy | Made in Vancouver. Soulful and holistic, created with monkish purity, honesty and simplicity. Each ingredient sourced with integrity and care; where produce is produced to interact with your sense; not to just weigh you down. Our dough is naturally leavened and has 70% hydration just like planet earth or our body. We make our own mozzarella cheese from buffalo milk. Our tomatoes are organic. Our wheat is organic, not bleached and stone milled. With such ingredients we create a pizza which is healthy, light and very easy to digest.
Choices would be very limited. Because we believe food tastes good when combined with right ingredients. We don’t encourage stuffing our pizza with anything and everything.
In coming years we plan to open other locations which would be managed by our own employees. Each managing employee of a new location would be part owner of the new location.

Baby Boomer: An evening to share pizza and great wine and connect with grand kids or few friends, within walking distance. Bring the memories back of a summer spent cycling in Italy.
Gen X: Craving for Pizza is there, hence wants to eat at a sensible and ethical place. Wants to relax from humdrum fo the daily grind. Pizza loved by each member of the family.
Gen Y: Want each and everything to be Special and in a very relaxed environment. Wants to be seen at ethical and sensible places. This generation at least eats at restaurant twice or thrice a week.
Gen Z: Can bring their first Date for Pizza yet feel very safe and sophisticated. They can put it on social media and brag about it.

Our clientele is all Pizza Lovers, who are Health conscious. They exercise regularly, frequently; watch their diet. They want to eat right without compromising their integrity for their commitment to a healthy and organic lifestyle. They want to eat Pizza without comprising on health and taste. They take pride that they know the grower, maker and geography of each ingredient and socially conscious that it is ethical.
They may like our competitors Pizza but our competitors may not use organic or locally sourced ingredients due to the constraints of AVPN certification.

My journey, yet to start. I have decided to open a wood fire Pizza and craft beer restaurant. Why ? There is no answer, I just fell in love and ready to put all I have and get the rest - beg - borrow.
My love for Pizza and cooking has forced me to give up my 9 to 5 existence and jump in for 90hrs a week life.
Hence, I am compelled to be frugal but not foolish.
I am not Italian or Caucasian by any means. Hence, I don't want to create false hope with a Typical Italian name associatied with Pizzarias. However, an Italian name with great meaning to represent our brand is more than welcome.
