Our core customers will range from 16-50 and tend to be well educated - likely some college or higher. They are engaged in life and interested in their communities. They have aspirations of improving themselves and/or their environment. They are interested in real, authentic food (foodies). If they have families, they are likely to buy local and/or organic foods. Brands they like include Whole Foods, Chipotle, Lulu Lemon, Pinkberry, Fresh, Starbucks.

What character, tenor, or spirit do you wish to convey?

We want to convey an urban zen vibe with some edge. Similar to a yoga studio or tea house. We want to inspire invictus and kindness (a kind master of one's soul). Our mission is to delight customers senses while nurturing their souls. We plan to produce excellent quality foods, sourced mindfully, that provides a dazzling experience in our customers day. The brand pillars are excellence (in all areas - food, relationships and customer service), authenticity (ingredients and communication) and inspiration.

Are there any words or phrases you especially like or hate?

I hate words like Corny, Pop-tastic, etc. I am trying to convey grace, truth, perseverence, light.

Do you have other info you want to share?

Most popcorn shops have a country kitcschy vibe which I can't stand. I don't want something like Popcorn Pavilion.
