Business Info

What does your company do?

Our company, Simply Drop (simplydrop.co.uk) are one of the leading mobile phone trade-in companies in the UK. We are also recycle mp3 player and cameras, but the majority of our business comes from recycling mobile phones.
By giving our customers the opportunity to turn their old mobile phones into cash, we are able to make a difference to communities around the world. Used handsets are sent to developing countries to help build their economies and at the same time pocket our customers some money.

This is how our business model works: http://simplydrop.co.uk/howitworks

The task is to come up with a new name for this service - one we can use for our European expansion.

Do you require that a .COM or other URL be available for the new name?

A free .nl (Holland) or .dk (Denmark) domain is a must. A free .com domain name would be a nice bonus but it is not a requirement (it is hard to find a free one these days)

Do you have other info you want to share?

A good name should be...
- As short as possible (The fewer the letters in the name, the happier I am)
- Easy to remember
- Easy to spell

Key-words for our business: Green, Eco, Cash, Recycling, phone/fone, environment and technology

The name can either consist of "real words" (e.g. GreenEgo) or it can just have a fun sound to it (ex. mazuma).

Unless the name is very short and catchy our preference has always been for names that have a topical relationship to the industry or focus of the firm
