Describe your customers
Most are over 40, well educated, moderate to upper income, located primarily in the US and some international clients. Most coaching (with individuals) is over the phone or Skype. Organizational coaching more often is in person, and on the phone. Organizations have been mainly non-profits, individuals come from all a diversity of occupations and backgrounds. I am interested in coaching people who value personal and/or professional movement or improvement.
What 3 things do you want your company name to communicate to your customers?
I want my clients to know and trust that when working with me they will experience positive movement or improvement in their life/work situation they bring to coaching. I bring storytelling as an element of my coaching/training/consulting. I place a strong focus on strengthening and building relationships. My main competitors are private coaches and consultants where name brand recognition has not been established. Training coaches, working for The Coaches Training Institute, (where I've been trained and am certified) have achieved the business I am seeking.

What character, tenor, or spirit do you wish to convey?
Transformational, light - as in streaming sunshine or a beam, playful/light-hearted, spirited, integrity, bringing out the best in others, inspirational. I'd like my personality to show up in what I bring to my work.
Are there specific words or phrases you do not like?
I want to portrait a professional business that instills confidence in my abilities, but do not want an image that portraits a "business-like" image (i.e. stuffy, self-important).
