We are a restaurant and Bar located one block off the town square in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We will serve a healthier style of Mexican and Southwest food. Hand made GMO free corn tortillas, tacos, ceviche, specialty cocktails from fresh juices. We will be open form lunch and dinner. We will have vegan and vegetarian options. We will have a large out door seating area in the summer months. We hope to be a local's spot as well as a destination for Tourist. Locals are most important to us. He plan to have a happy hour and late night menu.

Local people in Jackson, Wyoming tend to be people with a passion for the outdoors and life. Summer Tourist are here to fish, mountain bike, hike, see Yellowstone. Winter Tourists are here to ski.
What 3 things do you want your company name to communicate to your customers?
We care about quality, health, & integrity, but at the same time we will be the place where the wheels fall off on a regular basis.
We hope the name can be clever.

There are 3 partners in the restaurant, 2 men and 1 woman. We have all worked together for years in a local restaurant in Jackson Hole.
The restaurant will have 65 seats inside and 60 seats on the deck. The dcor is old Mexico with a nod to Wyoming.
We hope our restaurant to be a hybrid of the Vegan Mexican restaurant in LA, Gracias Madre and the Modern Mexican Restaurants of Rick Bayless.
