Style and Concept

What character, tenor, or spirit do you wish to convey?

I would like to retain the "brick and mortar" roots of my industry/business but also attempt to pull that concept into our modern day and age.

My industry is full of long time professionals who have been around for 30+ years and is traditionally fairly conservative. I am the exact opposite in age and tenure in the business. I would like for the name to convey experience, trust, and conservative as the core principals yet at the same time tell people we are with the times, aggressive, adaptive, and a face to do business with for not only the past but coming generations.

Are there any words or phrases you especially like or hate?

my last name is Halverson, I would like to see some, not all, concepts incorporating that. Also, first initial B.

my potential partner's last name is Deininger, I would like to see some, not all concepts incorporating that. Also first initial C.

I am on the western shore of lake Michigan. I would like to see some, not all, concepts including a Midwestern locational reference of some sort.

Future scalable words I would like to potentially incorporate:
Trust
Capital
Group
Advisors
Fund
Partners

It would be nice to get the point across without out the actual use of "Real Estate Company". I can in corporate that below the name/logo for example
XYZXYZXYZXYZ NAME
commercial real estate brokerage, managment, consulting

Do you have other info you want to share?

think and search names from hedge fund industry, private equity industry, REIT industry, commercial real estate brokerage.

Ideally the name would be scalable or somewhat scalable when I am ready to expand the business/brand

For example the starting name would be
XYZ real estate company

And I could create future related business names with..
XYZ Real estate investment Fund I
XYZ Real estate investment Fund II
XYZ Real estate investment Fund III
XYZ Real Estate opportunity Fund IV
XYZ Real Estate Capital Group
XYZ Real Estate Trust
XYZ Real Estate Management
XYZ Real Estate Asset Management
XYZ Real Estate Consultants.

Real Estate is get rich slow, not get rich quick like dot.com era. I want my name/logo to stand the test of time and remain relevant after many years.

I think a lot of business names in my industry are very unoriginal, yet they do tell people exactly what their business does for the most part. How about something that gets the point across simply yet still has a sense of creativity and originality
