What does your company do?
We have developed a software tool that helps medical professionals to easily provide better care to Medicare patients. More specifically, it helps them successfully complete the Annual Wellness Visit (please see more information on the Annual Wellness Visit below). It will also be used by health care providers for additional Medicare preventative services and will help physicians better manage their Medicare patient populations. Our software includes a patient database, and components to be completed by both the patient and provider.
Background on the Annual Wellness Visit: CMS has created a new opportunity to provide a higher level of care to seniors with the introduction of the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV). Effective Jan 1, 2011, the Affordable Care Act added Medicare coverage for a new Wellness Visit to create a personalized prevention plan for beneficiaries, with no cost to the patient. This visit is intended to build upon the previously established Welcome to Medicare physical exam available for Medicare beneficiaries. In the 12 months after coverage begins with Part B, a beneficiary may receive the Welcome to Medicare visit: subsequently, the patient may receive the AWV once a year.

1. Simplicity and Efficiency - We have created something that will make a complex process easy for health care providers and their patients. Most physicians do not have any extra time to make for new office procedures.
2. Ingenuity/Originality- We are working to promote something that is not currently practiced in most areas of the country.
3. We're focused on both the health care provider and the patient - Our product is first and foremost meant as a tool to improve how care is delivered to the Medicare population.

What character, tenor, or spirit do you wish to convey?
We would the name to be professional and clear to the company's purpose, something that would resonate clearly with physicians or the healthcare industry. We would also welcome something that cleverly states our purpose.
Are there any words or phrases you especially like or hate?
Please do not include the word "solutions" in the name.
Do you have other info you want to share?
Although our software was originally built specifically for the Annual Wellness Visit, we would like the name to reflect the fact that the software has wider uses for health care providers with Medicare populations. In other words, we would like the name to show that the software is versatile.
