What does your company do?
Our Company name right nows is Riley and Walker Homes LLC. We would like to find a "doing business as" name because we are not in love with the name we have. We build houses to sell, do custom homes, renovations and additions. We are a young married couple living in Pinehurst, NC and are trying to build houses that are affordable but have the character of a custom home and really like to think about the detail and what our buyers would want. We are trying to give the community nicer homes than the track builders are building and newer homes than the homes we have here from the 70s and 80s that have never been renovated.
We like the show Fixer Upper and love the style they have. We try to incorporate things like shiplap, exposed wood, and rustic elements into our houses.

ages 20-40 but have older people interested too. Usually younger families. Location: Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen all in NC. Income is middle class. Occupation: military, doctors, retirees, horse riders, and more. Values: good family values, hard workers. A lot of these people are younger and like the show Fixer Upper and like the elements of Fixer Upper that we bring into a house.

Pineland Homes- building homes in the town over from us in Southern Pines. Very similar price range, houses, and have the unique and attention to detail that we bring to our company. They are also a young married couple.
H&H Homes One of our biggest competitors. The house plans we have seen that they build in Pinehurst all are pretty much the same. There is nothing unique or special about their houses. They are cheaply built track homes.
Savvy Homes- Another big competitor, similar to H&H Homes.
AW Builders located in Pinebluff, builds a quality home but is expensive
Randy Hunt General Contractor in Pinehurst area, small contractor, known for his craftsmanship, known for not sticking to his budget
