What does your company do?
My business focuses on helping women in their 30s-50s achieve their health goals through optimum nutrition and fitness. Clients are women who have specific goals for their health. They want renewed energy, want to lose weight, want to eat healthier, and want to incorporate fitness and nutrition into their daily routine. This business offers an individualized approach to each client and works with them to achieve healthy new habits and create sustainable lifestyle change.

Describe your customers
Clients are women in their thirties, forties, and fifties who have specific goals for their health. They want renewed energy, want to lose weight, want to eat healthier, and want to incorporate fitness and nutrition into their daily routine. They are hard-working professionals, or stay-at-home moms who want their body back (after babies), women who just want to look and feel sexy again and gain a little more confidence by incorporating better nutrition and fitness into their lives.

List the names of your top three competitors
I don't have many competitors in my geographical area. Most health coaches use their first and last names in their company name. I would like to be a bit different. I would like people to be able to google my first and last name and come across my company but I would like my company to be called something besides my name.

When I think of the spirit or character of the business I think of these words: energy, fun, sustainable, thrive, love, fresh, simple, nourish, exciting, doable. I want my website to be easy to look at, exciting and fun therefore my company name should convey that.

Do you have other info you want to share?
I want it to be easy to read, fun, energetic, and catchy. I am an upbeat person so mellow names won't work for me. I want it to be professional though and convey the message of the company.
