What does your company do?
The business is centred around fitness, food and lifestyle solutions.
These solutions are divided into 2 areas:
Fitness - Personal training and/or small group fitness ('bootcamps'). The style of exercise is 'functional', meaning that most of the exercises we do replicates functional movement, that is, those movements we use to get average things done in our daily lives. Standing from a seated position, placing things overhead, pulling ourselves up, throwing, running, picking things up - these are all functional movements. A functional fitness regimen is one that utilises functional exercises to address and enhance our ability to successfully complete these types of everyday tasks. The exercises and programmes are inspired by CrossFit as well as high intensity interval training workouts. I am a CrossFit level 1 certified trainer and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Holistic Health Coaching - I work with clients to support them in achieving their health and wellness goals whether they be to lose weight, get stronger, eat cleaner, curtail stress, sleep better, remove allergies or just improve their overall wellness. We do this holistically, using an integrative approach to healing from the inside out. A holistic approach takes all of the clients life into account in order to help them attain the goals they see for themselves. A Holistic Health Coach is a nutritionist/therapist/life coach all wrapped up in one. I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach.
Clients can either purchase the services separately (either fitness OR health coaching) or combine the two for maximum impact.
I offer flexible, time-saving and cost-efficient lifestyle solutions not temporary fixes that cater to people's busy lives and demanding schedules.
Initially, the business is based in France and is not situated at a specific location (i.e workouts are done outdoors and coaching is done in person at houses/cafes or via skype). Long term the business will be based in New Zealand from a small gym studio with separate space for health consultations that will be operated from our private residence.

Style and Concept
What character, tenor, or spirit do you wish to convey?
Friendly, hip/chic, approachable, motivating, challenging yet achievable, professional and knowledgeable
Are there specific words or phrases you do not like?
I am not a qualified nutritionist so do not want this to be implied via the name.
I don't mind the term 'wellness' as long as it is used in a way that clearly implies health and fitness (as opposed to a massage or spa facility)
Are there specific words or phrases you like?
I like the herb 'mint' and its implications of freshness being in first-class condition. My preference was 'mint condition' but the .com is taken and there is a company in NZ who has registered this name.
I quite like word 'studio'
I 'dumbbells and greens' or something similar....
I like clever plays on words like 'nutrisaurus'. I want something easy yet memorable.
Other words I like are health, optimum, peak, wholesome...
I like the concept of 'inside out' health as this has multiple meanings to do with what we do. i.e we heal the body from the inside out through diet and lifestyle changes but also the concept of gut health and how healing this can cure many ailments. It also implies that the service is long lasting. BUT, I don't like the name 'Inside Out Health' :)
Because I am currently based in France, I'm open to the idea of incorporating a french word into the title...but one that is easy to pronounce and where the meaning is easily figured out by a non-french speaking person (e.g forme)
Do you have other info you want to share?
I am thinking that the tag line will be 'Holistic Health Coaching | Functional Fitness Training'.
Perhaps a bit wordy and am open to other ideas/suggestions. I like that it states exactly what is on offer. Given this, the actual brand name could be somewhat abstract/clever.
