I am going to be starting a high end personal training business in which I will come to the client's home with all start of the art functional equipment -- the target audience is between 35-90 years old, leaning towards an older clientele interested in remaining strong and fit as they age. I will be tracking their nutrition, and make nutritional recommendations. I will be tracking their sleep and at the initial consult will conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment. My goal is to build healthy sustainable and realistic fitness and health habits.
Men and women, ages 35-90 but leaning towards an older population in northern Virginia in the counties of Fairfax, Prince William, and the cities of Falls Church, Fairfax, Alexandria, and the towns of Clifton and Vienna. I seek clients who are interested in their health and fitness and realizing the potential of living a happy, healthy lifestyle. Income is $100,00 and up. Any occupation or education. Any industry.

I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute and am certified in kettle bell, steel clubs, vipr, speed and conditioning, bone health specialist, TRX/suspension training, pre and post natal certified, trigger point certified, and FMS Level 1 certified. I want to convey to my clients that I will work with them to achieve their goals. I care deeply about their health and will be a partner with them in many aspects of this journey. I am not in and out the door. I make myself accessible to my clients 24/7.
