About Your Company
We are real estate developers and investors who have been partners since 2015. We build new and renovate and sell homes, primarily in Midtown Memphis (though we invest throughout the metro area). We are always looking to buy vacant lots and distressed houses. We specialize in buying 100+ year old homes and taking on complicated houses. We are finally branding ourselves and building a website to share with the wider world who we are and what we do.

Target Audience
Our homebuyers are varied but are most often 25-40 year old urbanites who want a home in the core of the city, close to neighbors, schools and amenities. Our homesellers are often people who have inherited a home and don’t want to keep it. We differentiate ourselves because we really care about the design process and honoring the history of the house, look to sell the house to homeowners who will be good neighbors and we aren’t slick. We are just two guys who live in the area and love to take old houses and make them new again.
The majority of our projects have centered around the neighborhood where one of us currently lives. When we think about audience we also think about the entire neighborhood. We are gaining a reputation for restoring dilapidated homes that were once the pride of the neighborhood. Those who know us are excited when we take on a new project because it means an eyesore will become an attractive house again.

This is really tough to answer, but it matters more on the homeseller side. We sometimes compete with other “flippers” but for the most part we are competing with a hot real estate market and with the sellers’ perception of what the house is worth. Building trust with the seller and establishing ourselves as experts (we are both Realtors and have been investing and redeveloping real estate combined for almost 20 years).
