We build architectural style homes at affordable housing prices.
The company is a modern real-estate development company. We purchase empty lots of land and build contemporary homes with very appealing aesthetics for a fraction of what typical homes in the same size range would sell for.
We use prefabricated sections mainly based on steel shipping containers as the skeleton of the home which greatly reduces costs, increases durability, increases strength, provides energy efficiency, modern aesthetics, and endless flexibility. The containers can be made visible for a modern industrial look or be completely hidden from view.
These homes are sold to homebuyers looking to live in them and real estate investors looking to rent out the properties.

Home or house probably make sense in the name but not mandatory.

- Like Ikea for home-building (elegant / modern design, quick construction, affordable price)

Although we do not require a .com extension be available, the name should be available in at least ONE of the common business extensions. (.com, .co, .ly (maybe)). Also you can consider using one of the newer top-level domains if it fits with the name. Perhaps something with (.home, or .house).
We want the name to be relatively short and easy to pronounce yet memorable. Fewer syllables are better than more so its more likely they will remember the name and type it into a search on google.
