We're very early in the process. The company is myself and my two sons. We've spent a signficant amount of time rolling through company and product names. Today we're kind of focused on Hein Family Kitchens for the company name, open to some creative alternatives or variations. We're also leaning towards Uncle Linus' Original Recipe, but would be very open to alternatives that are a unique play on "Simple", "Basic", "Original". The first flavor will be a sweet & mild flavor similar to the competitive product I've noted. We intend to offer 2-3 other flavors initially. The product will be made in Texas, but we intend to sell nationally with a focus on, Texas, Colorado and Minnesota, everything with the brand has to appeal across those regions.
