The target market is emerging e-commerce channels which focus on luxury/design centric items, limited time sales events, in-stream social commerce and daily deals. The primary product segments are electronics accessories, mobile accessories, home furnishings, decorative accessories, and wall decor. The Company develops fashion forward, unique and inspiring products which are not widely available in mass merchandise channels or traditional retailers. Our primary competitive strategy is tailored merchandising, unique items, and a supply chain built around the specific needs of emerging commerce channels. An in-house web-based merchandise selection, scheduling, and purchase platform enables web and mobile retailers to efficiently select items and create dynamic product mixes while eliminating the friction present in the traditional vendor/merchandise sourcing process.
