We are changing the way families book family portraits. We are partnering with tourist destinations to gather families who are together on vacation, and shoot their portraits at those destinations. We are providing full service virtual wall portrait design via video consultations. Wall portraits are then drop shipped to the client's home. The target client is either: 1. The young grandma (48-60) who values high end family portraits, and is in charge of the family's movements. She has disposable time and income, and will most likely dictate where the family portraits are taken, what everyone will be wearing and how she plans to use them in her home. 2. Mom with kids older than 7. The family is now free to travel and explore the world without strollers and diaper bags, and they are enjoying having fun on their travels. She loves photos from their adventures and is excited to know she will not have to stress about the experience of hiring a photographer she is not familiar with in her own market. These women value quality, and the idea of having a designer virtually show her exactly the best way to display her images on high end materials, with framing and installation is the kind of luxury she is totally into and feels is a great investment.
Most of this I answered for "target audience" above, but I will add, upper middle/ high income, regular vacations, the kind of mom or grandma who always takes the upgrades, likes the finer things, likes to be the one who found the next great thing, but has a touch of old school class. This woman can not get enough of her grandkids/ family time, but also wont hesitate to book a weekend away from the kids at a girls trip to the beach.

Trying to make a high end impression, that booking with this company will be virtual full service. The client experience will start with a video design consultaion, followed by the shoot during the vacation, then a video wall design and ordering call, then the pieces will be drop shipped, and in some markets, installed on the client's wall. The pieces are top quality archival materials such as canvas, metal, framing, etc. Our designers (sales reps) will be referred to as "connection directors" our photographers: "connection directors" and our editors: "Connection mechanics" The goal is to create custom artowrk that shows a family's unique connection and create a fine art piece to last generations.
