Creative should NOT use
The word mortgage. We intend to diversify the financial products we advise on in the future and want to future proof our name to that effect. Looking for name that represents professionalism and makes a statement. We want bold with no ambiguity. We don’t want aggressive, arrogant (e.g. ‘the best)’ or cheesy/gimmicky
Client experience and getting the job done is our focus. Off the back of this, maintaining long term relationships with our clients based on our values of trust and integrity. With personable but professional advice utilising over 30 years experience in the industry.
Top 3 Things
Professionalism, bold, modern
We are three 30-35 year old chaps. We’ve worked successfully in the London mortgage market for the last 6 years and are ready to take the next step in the adventure and set up our own company. In and industry that is perceived as limited we have a skill set that genuinely means we can deliver outcomes that other brokers cannot and have years of experience in achieving this. We want a new client to have an amazing experience, as a result of which we gain their trust. That trust facilitates a long term, genuine relationship and referrals. The name is key, we want to be excited about it so this comes accross when we talk about the new venture. To date we’ve spent 4 weeks thinking through names. As an example Cube. There are three of us, cube is to the power of three, a 3D cube is modern, it’s short, it’s bold. The branding is neutral. Our concern with it was when discussing with people it took an extra layer of explanation making it less snappy.
