We are a small organization of two people, just starting out in Belgium.
We offer to implemement a digital strategy for entrepreneur who wants to test an idea online with an MVP (The lean startup way) or implement a digital strategy for existing business owner who are not present online yet. We offer to build a landing page or complete website, installing google analytics to collect data about the traffic we can generate for our clients through social media advertising. One of us is a professional photographer and we outsource graffic design. Which mean we can offer a full service to our customers from taking pictures and produce videos of their business, Create the required graphic designs, setting up their online presence, generate traffic and analyse it.
We can offer that for an affortable price because we are multitask and don't have an in house specialist for each task hired on payroll.
We are different from the existing offers curently available in our country. In one hand, when our ideal customer realise they need a digital presence, they either just get someone to build for them a website which leave them dissapointed as only having a website doesn't accomplish anything for them as their is no traffic coming to it.
On the other hand big agencies working with big brands who have the skills to implement such strategies are out off their price range.
On a side note we are proud to say that we learned everything we are doing on the job and have no formal education. we are like digital ninjas and believe in using this to our advantage as most competitors in our country tend to display themselves in a corporate, white color way.
We target entrepreneurs who wants to test a project online not risking all their life savings and small business owners who have an existing business but no digital presence whatsoever. We also want to target small business who have a so so digital presence such as only a facebook page or a poor website. In our first stage we are targeting clients in Belgium but ideally other european countries if we can grow that's why we are looking to brand and communicate with our audience online in english.

funny is ok but no self deprecating humour, not too serious, we know what we are doing but learned it on the job, we are not academics.
Not from other compagnies, I was thinking of something along the line of " Disruptive customer centric digital agency"
We'll get the job done, we focus on the client's needs, we provide a full strategy which means they don't have to get everything they need from different parties. We offer our client the relief of the technical hassle so they can focus on their value proposition and taking care of their customers. We are serious about what we do but don't take ourselves seriously.

We want to communicate the digital aspect of what we do.
We would like it to be about the customer rather than about us (Not exactly sure if it's a good idea or not) but it would probably be more compeling to the target audience if that's something they can identify with or relate to.
We think about avoiding names that convey nothing,
for example emakina.com is a leading agency but if you don't know them it's almost imposible to grasp it from the name. cherrypulp.com is another digital agency but again if you don't know them it could be a fruit juice brand. These agencies are big, work with big brands and their reputation spead with word of mouth. As we are targeting an audience that is non techie and not very aware about what can be accomplish with a digital strategy it's probaly better if there is something they can relate to in the name or can understand fairly quickly what we are about.
We have been thinking about something like UnorthodoXdigital because our profiles are unorthodox but thinking about making it about the audience rather than about us we thought about something like highflyerdigital eventhough it was highflyer refering to the potential of the project of our clients I got the feedback that it sounds presumptuous.

strategy set up by professionals that will generate new leads for their business for an affordable cost.
They expect to be able to analyse and collect data about the generated traffic and to be able to adapt or pivot if necessary.
Ultimately they expect getting new customer and increase sales.
They like our company because the service we deliver is a turnkey solution that give them online presence, generate traffic and help them understand their visitors better through analytics and get more clients.
We also constantly provide valuable content for entrepreneurs and business owners through social media.
The lower price competition can’t deliver a complete strategy from traffic generation to conversion, only elements of it which is ineffective and leave them with the bad taste in the mouth to have invest money and not get and ROI.
The higher price competition can deliver the same service but for a way higher price tag because they need more personnel to complete the task which is often too expensive for starting entrepreneur or small business owner.
They like the competitors who offers training to teach them how to set up such strategies themselves but they most of the time get disappointed with the results.
