Advantage Benefit Solutions is an employee benefit advisor that serves small to medium mid-market companies. We are launching a new suite of employee benefit plans as the exclusive adviosr to the Greater Houston Builders Association and need to name the new suite of benefit plans. Although we created this benefit package for the GHBA we cann not use thier name, and we want to be able to expand this package to other associations in other geogrphic markets, and other verticles than building.
Members of the Greater Houston Builders Associations, and in the future other associations in other geographic locations. The decision makers are multi-generational, and both male and female.
The owner, financial officer, and human resource director of the company makes the purchase.
They purchase benefits to make them competitive in the labor market.
They will initiate the purchase by asking for a quote over the internet. The quote will be follow-up on with email and phone. The final purchase will typically be made face to face with a sales person in their offices.
Every company we are targeting has a budget that has been set by what they are currently paying, and our pricing and benefit levels will be compared to the current amount being spent.
The buyer will expect a knowledgeable person to guide them through a complicated purchase.
This is a brand-new suite of products created specifically for the GHBA because the last attempt at doing this failed. Advantage was asked to help the GHBA start a new plan based on our reputation and expertise experience by their past president with his company’s benefit plans.
The experience with the prior association benefit plan was a failure and the competitor that we replaced was the sole reason.
