Mostly B2B businesses with large complex sales process and long buying cycles. Two types of buying personas... first is the marketing audience who will buy the software and "do it themselves". Second is the CEO/President or head of sales who hires us to outsource their marketing department.
What 3 things do you want your company name to communicate to your customers?
1) It's not about the software... it's all about a) the content that feeds your marketing, b) the process to manage lead to opportunity to close. The software just lets you be more effective at those things.
2) Our Marketing as a Service (MaaS) model is repeatable and proven delivering a steady flow of qualified leads to sales.
3) Most companies fail or fall short of the promise of Marketing Automation because "it takes a village" of fractional people to support the function and companies don't have the resources or skills to pull it off. The need writers, designers database & IT people, videographers, etc.

The paradox we face is that we sell to two audiences who don't necessarily like or respect each other... sales vs. marketing. We want a name that both job functions will see value in and respect.
