Yana is a specialty retail company that enables people to connect with others in a way that lets them know they care. Yana is an acronym for You Are Not Alone. The purpose of the company is to allow someone to reach out to another letting them know they understand what they are going through, they care, and that the individual is not alone. The products are based on comfort, creating a sense of warmth within, through repetitive use to remind the individual that someone cares about them. Products include clothing such as the softest, most comfortable blankets, pullovers, fleece, shirts, hats, slippers, bathrobes, greeting cards and e-cards, pillows, picture frames, photographs, posters, towels, limited stuffed animals, wristbands, limited jewelry, coffee mugs/bowls.
The company is born out of my own life experiences. I have been fortunate to have experienced many successes as well as difficult times (including cancer, divorce, depression) and throughout all experiences I felt unique and alone. I realized I was not alone, many have experienced what I have experienced, and that no one should feel the way I felt. Hence Yana is being created to facilitate letting someone know they are not alone in whatever life brings them.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a logo that reflects the essence of Yana and that can be applied upon clothing, labels, stationary and website. It must be simple enough yet memorable. It can be as simple as Yana with different font and color for the first letter or all, or a design/symbol that can go along with the Yana name. It can be Yana and directly underneath that is much smaller font You Are Not Alone. We are open and look forward to submissions.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Yana should appeal to all with a sense of caring, empathy and humanity.
