We are a small software company creating a product to serve the online employment and HR markets. We are targeting a more modern way to hire applicants online for businesses incorporating modern social network interfaces. Businesses can create company groups online which will allow them to post employment opportunities which candidates will apply to with their profile. The web profiles will look very much like LinkedIn or Facebook profiles and will include all pertinent employment information

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our audience will be nationwide. We are looking to appeal to companies that will be providing the job listings as well as any applicable candidates. However the first vertical market we will be approaching will be the service industry. Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, retail locations, etc ,...the applicants for these positions will usually range from 18-30

I also included logo concepts for Recruit Driver which is a first round of this concept before we changed it to Who You Hire. That concept was more corporate based. This round of development is more for service type positions.
